
Carrie Rickenberg, Consultant, brings robust nonprofit and frontline fundraising experience to JGA. In Carrie’s partnership with clients, she leverages her insights, expertise, and firsthand experience to propel nonprofits forward towards sustainability, revenue growth, and deeper impact. As a strategic fundraiser and people leader, Carrie’s confident approach to fundraising strategy, success in donor cultivation, and innovative campaign experience guide clients with enthusiasm and excellence.
Prior to joining JGA in 2025, Carrie served in leadership and forward-facing gift officer roles at International Justice Mission (IJM), as a Major Gift Officer and Communication Specialist at Wheeler Mission in Indianapolis, and as the Marketing & Communications Director at the New York City Rescue Mission.
Carrie brings enthusiasm, strong understanding, and vision for engaging the entire donor pipeline—from direct response to midlevel and major gift fundraising. For clients, she shares a keen understanding of the tools and tactics needed to retain and boost donors to greater giving, and to determine which donors to strategically engage for significant and transformational investment.
Carrie earned a Master of Nonprofit Administration & Leadership degree from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from The Ohio State University.
