Carrie has spent her career helping nonprofit organizations advance their missions through thoughtful, result-driven fundraising. Before joining JGA, she held key roles at organizations making a transformative impact, including International Justice Mission (IJM), where she led a team of fundraisers supporting global justice initiatives. As a Major Gift Officer and Communication Specialist at Wheeler Mission, in Indianapolis, she connected deeply with donors, sharing powerful stories of hope and transformation. Earlier, as Marketing & Communications Director at the New York City Rescue Mission, her skills in messaging and donor engagement ensured sustained commitment to critical causes.

Carrie’s experience spans the donor pipeline, from direct response to major gifts. She understands the nuances of donor stewardship and engagement, helping organizations refine their strategies, deepen relationships, and inspire transformational giving. Whether guiding a capital campaign, crafting compelling donor messaging, or developing sustainable fundraising strategies, her leadership ensures innovative and effective results.

Carrie’s dedication to nonprofit leadership is further reflected in her academic background, which includes a Master of Nonprofit Administration & Leadership from Cleveland State University. She also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Music from The Ohio State University. Her unique blend of strategic thinking, creative communication, and relationship building makes her a trusted advisor to nonprofit leaders.
