Shari Jacobs serves as Executive Operations Assistant at JGA, providing proactive operational and administrative support that enables effective leadership and seamless client service delivery. She supports executive scheduling and logistics, coordinates meetings and travel, and assists with project and office operations to help consultants and firm leaders focus on strategic client work. Her strong organizational skills, responsiveness, and collaborative approach reflect JGA’s commitment to client-focused excellence.
Prior to joining JGA, Shari worked with the Disciples Church Extension Fund for the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), partnering with staff across the country to support churches through a variety of financial services. Her family has a long connection with the Disciples, and she currently serves as a council member, elder, and lay leader at Allisonville Christian Church. She also volunteers regularly with Habitat for Humanity and Footlite Musicals.
Shari spent 18 years as a high school English teacher and earlier worked in Human Resources and Corporate Training, serving as Assistant Vice President for Union Federal Bank in Indianapolis. She earned her bachelor’s degree from DePauw University in English Composition/Writing, with minors in Education and Psychology.
