Her work is informed by experience managing complex initiatives, coordinating across teams, and supporting clients through clear communication and organized project execution. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Anthropology from Ball State University in 2023, where she developed strong research, analytical, and writing skills through academic and applied experiences.
Prior to joining the firm, Chloe worked at University Loft Company as a Project Manager in the Colleges and Universities division and as Contract Manager for all state and cooperative contracts. In these roles, she managed multiple projects simultaneously, served as a liaison between sales representatives, clients, and internal teams, and reviewed RFPs to assess alignment with company objectives, contributing to the successful addition of several state and cooperative contracts.
