Finance and Administrative Coordinator

With more than 25 years of experience in administrative leadership and client-centered operations, Nikole brings a steady, thoughtful approach to her role as Finance and Administrative Coordinator. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota and is currently pursuing her master’s degree at University of Southern Indiana, reflecting her ongoing commitment to professional growth and lifelong learning.
 
At JGA, Nikole supports nonprofit organizations by coordinating financial and administrative processes that enhance fundraising efforts and strengthen operational efficiency. She is deeply motivated by mission-driven work and takes pride in supporting organizations that create meaningful impact in their communities.
 
Before joining JGA, Nikole spent many years in the legal field, most recently serving as a Paralegal Manager at a family law firm. In that role, she led onboarding and training efforts, managed complex administrative workflows, and supported attorneys and clients through highly sensitive and time-critical matters. This work strengthened her attention to detail, discretion, and ability to navigate high-responsibility environments with care and professionalism.
