Chelsea works closely with JGA consultants and other team members to ensure JGA client projects run smoothly. She is responsible for the day-to-day logistical support of projects, coordinating interview scheduling with clients and providing updates to the JGA team on the status of client engagements.
Prior to joining JGA in 2022, Chelsea honed her project management and communication skills as a diagnostic coach for at-risk students and as a special education assistant at MSD Washington Township Schools Corporation. Past experience also includes assisting individuals with mental and developmental challenges as a supported employment supervisor at Noble of Indiana.
Chelsea also previously served as the varsity cheerleading coach at Northwest High School, her alma mater. She has been a volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana, United Way, the National Institute for Fitness and Sports, and the United Soccer Alliance of Indiana.
