Taking stock of a campaign’s successes and challenges is an important part of any campaign. Such honest reflection can continually enhance your advancement or development capabilities for the future, and prepare you for future campaigns.

Through the use of the assessment, JGA is not simply viewing the campaign as an “event” with a beginning and end, but as a stage in the life of the organization. As a stage, we see how it affects subsequent stages that follow.

During the campaign assessment, JGA consultants compile data and feedback from the staff, donors, and volunteers who were part of the campaign. The data and feedback are then analyzed. From this, JGA provides you with a concise written report that includes action steps in a post-campaign environment.
