Center on Philanthropy symposium sponsorship

JGA was pleased to be a sponsor of The Center on Philanthropy at Indiana University’s 18th Annual Symposium, “Women and Philanthropy: Gaining Momentum,” held August 25-26, 2005. JGA has sponsored previous symposiums, and Ted Grossnickle serves on the IUCOP board. JGA is proud to be working with Women’s Fund of Central Indiana and is sponsoring this event in honor of Women’s Fund.

JGA consultants accept board positions

Angela White recently became a board member for NPower Indiana, a nonprofit organization serving as a “technology advisor, facilitator, and service provider to nonprofits” in Marion County and surrounding counties in central Indiana. NPower helps nonprofit groups to affordably solve technology problems and provides access to products and services, with the goal of achieving self-sufficiency in technology.

Meg Gammage-Tucker recently joined the board of Central Indiana Land Trust Inc. (CILTI), a nonprofit corporation created to “protect natural spaces in the face of increasing urban sprawl.” Founded in 1990, CILTI works with communities and landowners to protect their land and educate the public on the importance of proper management and care of our environment.

Eva Aldrich has been named to the inaugural board of Johnson County Habitat for Humanity, a local affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International, a nonprofit organization that builds or refurbishes homes for families in need all over the world.
