Angela White and John R. Shafer, Director of the Counseling and Health Center and Associate Professor at Franklin College, presented “Team Training for Your Fundraising Staff: High-Impact Results” at Indiana Fundraising Day in October. The session focused on how the team concept is particularly important to an advancement staff and how it can impact relationship-building with donors. Identifying and understanding personality types through the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator was discussed as a way to help team members work together effectively.
